Booking status
An enquiry reference is not a booking number. A trip becomes confirmed only through direct agreement with the travel team.
Cancellation and refund terms
The applicable advance, cancellation, rescheduling, no-show and refund terms must be shared in writing with the quote. No universal values are published until client approval.
Changes to a journey
Date, time, route, stop, passenger, luggage or vehicle changes can affect availability and fare and require a fresh review.
